Product Overview

Scope of use: Mixing and weighing various materials such as garlic and pre made dishes Vacuum packaging of beef balls, Rice-meat dumplings, pickled Chinese cabbage and other granular materials. This equipment is composed of: vacuum packaging machine+work platform+single bucket elevator+bowl elevator+multi head combination scale.

Product performance

(1) The bag type fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two types of rotary integrated machines (filling system and vacuum system). The vacuum system is a continuous rotary motion, without inertia or impact force.

(2) Quickly change packaging bag specifications, and automatically adjust with one click when changing different bag specifications.

(3) Compliant with the hygiene standards of food processing machinery, the parts on the machine that come into contact with materials or packaging bags are processed using 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet the requirements of food hygiene, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food.

(4) Easy to operate, using Siemens PLC and POD (touch screen) electrical control system from Germany, with a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation. Bags that are not cut or sealed, and unfilled, can be recycled without wasting bags.

(5) The sealing temperature detection function will automatically sound an alarm on the touch screen if the heating element is damaged.

(6) The sealing method adopts instant heating and water cooling to achieve a smoother and more beautiful sealing.

(7) The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum carved and milled on a computer machining center, ensuring non hardening, non deformation, sealing and durability.
